Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • Due to hygiene standards, any item that has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or special-order masks.
  • Sale or clearance items marked as Final Sale.
  • Masks showing signs of use, wear, or tampering.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at support@feilangsiliconemask.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions.
  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the return address provided.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for different sizes or styles.
  • Subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items
